As part of the Sportler Vertical, the National Mountain Running Championships will be held in the Open category. Registration for the Austrian Mountain Running Championships (Sportler Vertical) as part of the Sportler Vertical is handled through your respective running club, which will register you for the races via the Austrian Athletics Federation (ÖLV). If you are not taking part in the Austrian Mountain Running Championships, please register via our registration platform.
Recommended for
Both beginners and ambitious trail runners who feel capable of tackling a moderate level of difficulty and want to try out the vertical race format. There are some technical sections with considerable elevation gain.

As part of the Sportler Vertical Short, the championships are conducted for the U18/U20 category as well as for the Masters category starting from 60 years. Registration for the Austrian Mountain Running Championships (Sportler Vertical) as part of the Sportler Vertical is handled through your respective running club, which will register you for the races via the Austrian Athletics Federation (ÖLV). If you are not taking part in the Austrian Mountain Running Championships, please register via our registration platform.
